before you go to yer nex jamaican music event, check with the bbc on the appropriate fashion and dance moves ... the roots/dub section is my favorite, (especially the "dance" moves) ... but this has to my favorite dance from the "ragga" section ...

* Shimmy your shoulders whilst bending your knees.
* As you bend your knees you pick up one of your leg and kick outwards.
* Repeat dance with the other leg.
