Schiavo update!

Who would have thought the media could possibly keep going with this story after the woman is already dead? Well, I'm glad they did cuz look what the Boston Globe has to report about the autopsy.

So, not only was she beyond any possible recovery, but her brain was half the normal size and she was friggin' BLIND! So much for all that "But she smiles when people come in the room" or my favorite "She can follow a balloon across the room with her eyes!" Blind, folks. Blind.

But hell, I'm no doctor. Maybe I'm underestimating the power of prayer/miracles/self-delusion.
